Before coming to the exhibition
- ・Please refrain from coming by private cars, bicycles, etc.

When troubled
- ・Please come to the nearby information center or the management office in building No. 52 room 102 for any problems such as lost children or property.
- ・Please check the pamphlet for the location of the information centers.
In case of disaster
- ・In case of a disaster such as an earthquake, please follow the staff wearing orange coats' instructions.
- ・The temporary evacuation shelter is the courtyard, and the safety evacuation area is the Toyama Park.
- ・In case of fire or sudden gust, staff will guide to a nearby shelter, so please follow their instructions.
In case of emergency
- ・If you are not feeling well or have been injured, please use the Health Support Center on the 1st floor of Building No. 51. If you see a collapsed person, please contact the nearby staff member wearing an orange coat immediately.
- ・AEDs are placed in the Health Support Center on the 1st floor of Building No. 51, 1st floor of Building No. 52, 2nd floor of Building No. 57, and the Emergency Control Center on the 1st floor of Building No. 63.
- ・In accordance with the 'Basic Infection Control Policy' of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, measures against COVID-19 are taken at the discretion of each project manager.
About photography and video shooting
- Photography is allowed on the Nishiwaseda campus, but the following acts are prohibited.
- 【Prohibited acts】
- ・Filming using tripods or blackout curtains.
- ・Photographing that may disturb other visitors, public transmission.
- ・Photographing in areas with photography prohibited signs.
About trash disposal
- ・Please dispose of your garbage at the Eco Stations located on campus.
- ・Please refrain from bringing in household garbage and disposing of it at the Eco Station.
