Regarding admissions
Q
When and where will the Rikoten be held?
A
The Rikoten will be held at the Nishi-Waseda Campus of Waseda University, where the project will be held on November 2 from 10:00 to 17:00 and November 3 from 10:00 to 16:00.

Are admission tickets necessary?

No, they are not required.

Are there any admission restrictions?
A
No, there aren't any restrictions.
Q
Is it possible to go by bicycle or car?
A
There are no parking lots or bicycle parking lots on campus. Please use the nearby parking lot or bicycle parking lot, or use public transportation to visit.

Are pets allowed?
A
Please refrain from entering the campus with pets. Only guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed to enter the campus.
Regarding projects

Are appointments or numbered tickets necessary?

In some projects, numbered tickets are required.

How can we participate in the walkrally?
A
You can participate from the dedicated paper or this app. For information on walkrally projects, please check the list below.
Regarding eating and drinking
Q
Are there any restrictions on eating and drinking areas?
A
In general, eating and drinking are allowed in all areas, but there are some restrictions in the women's lounge and nursing room.

Are there any places to eat and drink?
A
There is a large eating and drinking area on the first floor of Building 63 (Rohm Square).

Will the cafeteria be open?
A
The cafeteria will not be open on both days.

Will alcoholic beverages be served?
A
No, alcohol will not be served. Please refrain from bringing your own alcoholic beverages.

What kind of payments are accepted?
A
In principle, only cash is accepted. Some vending machines accept electronic payment, such as transportation system IC payment.
In case of emergency

What should I do in case of a disaster?
A
In the event of an earthquake, fire, wind gusts, or other emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff members wearing orange coats.

Where is the evacuation site?
A
The temporary shelter is in the courtyard, and the wide-area shelter is in Toyama Park.

Where are vending machines and trash cans located?
A

Where are the restrooms located?
A
Please check the map for multipurpose restrooms. Other toilets are located in each building.

Is Wi-Fi available?
A
No, we do not have Wi-Fi.

Are rest areas available?
A
There is a rest area for visitors on the 2nd day only in Bldg. 53, Rm. 101. The women's rest area is located in Bldg. 60, Rm. 214 (no food or drink).

Are nursing rooms available?
A
Nursing rooms are located in Bldg. 60, Room 216. Please go to the main office (Building 52, Room 102) when using the nursing room.

Where is the Information Center located?
A
The Information Center is located at the West Gate, Meiji Gate, and the subway entrance. If you see a lost child, pick up a lost item, or have any other problems, please go to the nearest Information Center or the Main Office (Building 52, Room 102).

Where is the Health Center located?
A
The Health Center is located on the 1st floor of Building No. 51. Please use the Health Center if you feel unwell or are injured.
※If you see a person who has collapsed, please immediately ask a staff member wearing an orange coat for help.
Regarding photography
Q
Can I take pictures?
A
In general, photography is allowed on the campus. However, please refrain from taking photographs in areas where there are signs prohibiting photography, or taking photographs that may cause inconvenience to the public or other visitors, or using a tripod or blackout curtains, etc.※Staff members wearing armbands may take photos for promotional purposes. We appreciate your understanding in advance.Drinking
